Fall TT Series - West Lilac TT

The 4th race of the 5-race Fall TT Series is this Sunday Nov 7th.  The course is up W. Lilac in Bonsall starting from Camino Del Rey to old 395 then right up old 395 for a little kicker to the finish - course map is attached.  Overall the course is just 4.7 miles but with 700 ft of elevation gain.  At first blush it seems like a course for standard equipment but the first mile is flat and there is a flat(ish) section and a short desent mid course so a TT bike may actually be an advantage.

We will meet at the Bonsall Union Elementary School parking lot at the intersection of CDR and Old River Road at 9:00a for sign-in.  The first rider will go off at approximately 9:15a.

There will be a warm up ride to the TT course from Peets in Bressi Ranch at 8am.  After the TT we'll ride W. Lilac, Circle R, Champagne and back to Peets.  It should be a nice 50-mile day on the bike with a hard 4.7 mile mid-ride effort, so even if you are not a TT junkie you should come out and join the fun.

Don't forget Day Light Saving ends Saturday night so you get an extra hour of sleep before the ride/race on Sunday.
